Our hair extensions are made from real human hair with the cuticle intact. Due to gentle color processing, they may fade like natural hair, so proper aftercare is essential.
All products are made to order, and all sales are final. If we err, we will gladly exchange the item. Extensions & wigs are not eligible for exchange due to color fading, sunscreen exposure, or damage from harsh water.
International Shipping Information
We are proud to offer shipping to most European countries. Please note that the delivery if fixed and calculated per order based on the shipping destination and weight of your parcel. The shipping fees are as follows:
- Europe: €9.99

Please allow 7–14 working days for production before shipping (as all products as made to order), with delivery times as outlined below:

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

If your package is missing, contact DHL directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to approval. Customers are responsible for non-refundable return shipping costs.
